What to Eat for Dinner.

Breakfast  Smoked Trout and Poached Eggs.


Lunch  Spinach Salad.


So darned healthy.


Mid afternoon as Zion and I drove home from Arlington Park I had a "yen" for something sweet and not necessarily healthy for my evening meal.

I had the ingredients at  hand, so I made stovetop Rice Pudding (YUM) for my dinner.  

YUM AGAIN!



"Sort of Healthy" if you overlook the Brown Sugar, Raisons, and Whole Cream which "Tarted it up" 

"Sort of Healthy" and utterly delicious!

Hands up if your Mum or Dad made Rice Pud.
