KEDGEREE WITH KIPPERS
G O O D!
A traditional British favourite, now out of style (more's the pity). 'Tis good. Very good!
Mine was made with Kippers rather than with Smoked Haddock as the recipe below suggests. Trader Joe's and Publix sell smoked trout which also works very well.
It's perfect for a Sunday brunch (and can be made with chicken for those who do not care for smoked fish.)
