I am enjoying this healthy eating!

Three good meals per day. High protein, fruits and vegetables, low carbs.    No snacking.  

I am enjoying my meals so much.

For lunch today:



Roasted carrot, parsnip and mushroom.  Leftover cauliflower cheese, with tomato added.

A bit low on protein today, but some in the grated cheese used to make the cauliflower dish.

The roasted veggies were "heavenly" especially the parsnip.
