Healthy lunch (maybe).

I stir fried some Brussels Sprouts, Green (Spring) Onions, Mushrooms and a bit of lean Beef for my lunch today.

Very good and reasonably healthy.
















Oh, and did I forget to mention BACON?

The photo' show the surplus in the wok.  I planned to save it for tomorrow, but something "made me" nibble on the cold leftovers all afternoon.
